Innov Inc.
Innov Inc. is a technology company founded in 2016 by Karla Portela and her colleagues: Paloma Rieder, Najla AlZahem and Jiangyi Qui. Earlier in the year, the cofounders of Innov Inc. took a course in Business Technology at the University of Miami. In this course, they had to develop a viable business concept; this marks the creation of Innov Inc. With a team of young, creative, innovative and dedicated professionals, they have explored many possible Mobile Application ventures. Their latest project being Booking Beauty. Their mission is to simplify the lives of their clients through the use of Mobile Applications. Till this day, Innov Inc. has relieved their clients of stress through the creation of various Mobile Applications.

Karla Portela
CEO, Customer Relations Manager
Karla Portela is a Founding Partner at Innov Inc. She assumes the roles of CEO and Customer Relations Manager, among many other things. After studying at the University of Miami, Karla found her passion in the business field and never looked back. She spent several years working as a bookkeeper for an independent business before starting Innov Inc.
Paloma Rieder
CFO, Operations Manager
Paloma Rieder is a Founding Partner at Innov Inc. She is the CFO and the Operations Manager. Paloma studied Finance at the University of Miami, and worked for several years as a General Manager of the Finance Department at Novavida Paraguay, before deciding to follow her dreams and starting her own company.
Najla AlZahem
CTO, Web Developer, Graphic Designer
Najla AlZahem is a Founding Partner at Innov Inc. She is the CTO, Web Developer, and Graphic Designer. Najla is an entrepreneur who has always been drawn to graphic design, web development and starting a business.
Jiangyi Qui
Marketing Manager, Application Developer
Jiangyi Qiu is a Founding Partner at Innov Inc. She is the team's Marking Manager and Application Developer. Jiangyi is a graduate from the University of Miami, with a degree in Management.
